Yes you are right but i think if a person is chosen to be the best man on a wedding, there are several things he needs to do. He does not only assist the groom during the ceremony, but also gives one of the most anticipated best man speeches. Bestman speeches must be presented in a way that the audience, including the newlyweds, can enjoy. You can do this if you add great jokes and funny stories to your best man speech.

Yes. You just have to be honest about their personalities and why they make such a good pair. Any honest jokes about your lifestyles and funny moments you had should also be fine but dont try to do cheesy jokes. Just speak from the heart. It works better than a rehearsed speech
